This strategic location reduces travel time the next morning, allowing for an early start into the wilderness.

Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire’s defining has its massive concentration of elephants, often seen in large herds converging around the perennial Tarangire River. You will spend the entire day on a game drive, tracking these gentle giants and looking for the big cats, which thrive on the abundance of prey. The experience in Tarangire, with its dramatic scenery and peaceful atmosphere, provides a perfect, slightly introduction to the size of Tanzanian wildlife before moving to other parks.

Day 3: Transfer to Ngorongoro crater.

Dat three begins with an early morning breakfast. After breakfast you will meet your safari guide and then start as you descend 600 meters (2000 feet) into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. The crater floor act as a natural enclosure, supporting an incredibly dense population of approximately 25,000 large animals, including all members of the Big five. The high altitude and unique microclimate make this the single best location to spot the elusive Black rhino. You will enjoy a six-hour game drive on the crater floor, followed by a picnic lunch, before ascending the crater rim and transferring to a lodge on the border of Serengeti for the night.

Day 4,5&6: Transfer to Serengeti National Park.

These three consecutive days are the main of your safari, dedicated entirely to the vast plains of Serengeti. This extensive time allows for the deep exploration, increasing the opportunity to track of the Great Migration, regardless of the season, and then providing ample time to locate the park’s famous predators.

Day 7: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park.

On the 7th day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast meet your safari guide and then go for an en-route morning game drive as you are exiting Serengeti, you will transfer to Lake Manyara National Park.
